Any person or company representative from Romania or from outside Romania, who fills in a Client's Form becomes a client of the intermediation operation starting with the moment of the form's validation performed by the administrator until its fulfillment.
Any person interested in becoming a client will fill in a specific provider form (presenting their sales/purchase, financing, association, counselling, collaboration offer) or a beneficiary form (presenting the contact request in regards to the intermediation of a transaction with a provider).
A person can be a client on several client forms representing the same number of intermediation entities.
Operations of recording, validating, management of offers and contacting the parties for intermediation are made free of charge by the intermediation administrator.
The intermediation administrator closes intermediation contracts with both parties before the first intermediation negotiation meeting. These contracts contain the terms of the logistics of the operation and charging each party with the fixed amount for every meeting and through percentual comision deduced from the value of the transaction if it was successfully finalized.
Keeping the confidentiality and neutrality is guaranteed by the intermediation administrator.
The intermediation administrator has the right to invalidate or erase a form, giving a prealable notice to the person who posted it, if the offer does not comply with the laws, the conditions in the above terms or the conditions in the intermediation contract.
